Here's everything you need to know about production, delivery, and what to expect once your order is placed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Croatia and internationally. Available shipping destinations are listed at checkout. If your country isn't listed, feel free to contact us, and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.

Production & Processing Time

Each lamp is handcrafted to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your piece to be made before it is dispatched. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

  • Croatia: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We strive to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible.

Packaging

Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. As many of our pieces are made from natural stone and delicate materials, we take extra care to protect them during transit.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and make sure you're taken care of.
