1. About Us We are an independent design studio creating handcrafted table lamps and home décor from natural materials, including travertine stone, steel, and wood. Every piece is made to order in our studio, combining traditional craftsmanship with a considered, modern design language.

2. Use of the Website You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with other users' access. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.

3. Product Information We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as many of our pieces are made from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are to be expected and are part of what makes each item unique. These variations are not considered defects.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds As each piece is handcrafted to order, all custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery — see Section 8 below. Where a return is approved under these circumstances, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including photographs, text, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
